  • 3 kg German 2-row Pils

    German 2-row Pils

  • .5 kg English 2-row Munich

    English 2-row Munich

    Used for extra flavour and colour in nitro-keg ales.

  • .20 kg Weyermann CaraAroma®; Weyermann

    Weyermann CaraAroma®; Weyermann

    Amber Ale, Dunkel Lager, Dark Ale, Stout, Porter, Bock Beer

  • .1 kg English Chocolate Malt

    English Chocolate Malt

    Dark malt that gives a rich red or brown color and nutty flavor. Use for: Brown ales, porters, some stouts Maintains some malty flavor, not as dark as roasted malt.

  • 1 kg Liquid Light Extract

    Liquid Light Extract

    A brewer can create any beer style with this extract when used as a base in conjunction with colored malts and selected hops. Contains no colored malts or hops.

  • .5 kg Dry Light Extract

    Dry Light Extract

    White color, mild flavor. Will produce lagers and Pilseners and can also be used to produce darker beers when used in conjunction with colored malts. Made of pale malt.

  • .250 kg Malto Dextrin

    Malto Dextrin

    Adds body and mouthfeel. For all extract beers. Does not ferment.

  • .250 kg Corn Sugar

I'm using the pilsner urquell h strain yeast mixed with the white labs southern german lager yeast about 70/30, 2 starters ferment @ 9deg c

Good smooth lager with some bitterness

Smooth with a bitterness that lasts a bit...would recommend giving it a try.
