Classic pilsner strain from the home of pilsners for a dry, but malty finish. The perfect choice for pilsners and bock beers. Sulfur produced during fermentation dissipates with conditioning.
Notes
I'm using the pilsner urquell h strain yeast mixed with the white labs southern german lager yeast about 70/30, 2 starters ferment @ 9deg c

Smooth with a bitterness that lasts a bit...would recommend giving it a try.
