Nuttin' Honey American Red

Nuttin' Honey American Red

American Amber Ale • Extract • 5 gal

lunatic_fringe

My take on an American Amber. Add the honey during the 15 minutes of the boil. The chocolate malt will add a little nuttiness, but not as much as a brown. Caramel should dominate the palate, not the chocolate. brewsage
