Ingredients (Partial Mash5 gal)

  • 1.50 lbs German Light Munich

    German Light Munich

    For a desired malty, nutty flavor. Lagers, Oktoberfests and bock beer.

  • 1.50 lbs American Vienna

    American Vienna

    Increases malty flavor, provides balance. Use in Vienna, Märzen and Oktoberfest.

  • 1.50 lbs British Crystal 55°L

    British Crystal 55°L

    Sweet caramel flavor, adds mouthfeel and head retention. For pale or amber ales.

  • 3.25 lbs Dry Amber Extract

    Dry Amber Extract

    Cream-colored and full-flavored; will produce amber colored beers such as pale ales, IPAs, and bitters. Made of pale and crystal malts.

  • .50 lbs Dark; John Bull

    Dark; John Bull

    Colored using roasted malt to give a rich mocha flavor and aroma bringing individuality to mild, porter, and stout brews.

  • 0.25 lbs Light Brown Sugar

    Light Brown Sugar

    Imparts rich, sweet flavor. Use in Scottish ales, old ales and holiday beers.

  • 0.25 lbs Oats Flaked

    Oats Flaked

    Belgian White Ale(wit), other specialty beers.

  • 1.50 oz Pride of Ringwood - 8.5 AA% pellets; boiled 60 min

  • 0.50 oz Hallertau - 4.5 AA% pellets; boiled 15 min

    Good for all around bittering and finishing stock ales, Belgian ales, and continental style lagers. Aroma is mild, pleasant and flowery.

  • 0.75 oz Fuggle - 4.8 AA% pellets; boiled 2 min

    Mild. Mainly used for finishing and dry hopping especially pale ales, porters, and stouts. Aroma is mild and pleasant, spicy, and soft.
