  • 13 lbs English 2-row Pale

    English 2-row Pale

    All English Ales. Workhorse of British Brewing. Infusion Mash.

  • 3/4 lbs American Caramel 40°L

    American Caramel 40°L

    Provides color, a unique flavor, body, and contributes to foam retention and beer stability.

  • 1/8 lbs American Chocolate Malt

    American Chocolate Malt

    Use in all types to adjust color and add nutty, toasted flavor. Chocolate flavor.

  • 1/2 lbs Crystal Malt 40°L

    Crystal Malt 40°L

    Sweet, mild caramel flavor and a golden color. Use in light lagers and light ales.

  • 1/2 lbs Belgian Caramunich

    Belgian Caramunich

    Caramel, full flavor, copper color. For Belgian ales, German smoked and bocks.

  • 1/8 lbs Belgian Special B

    Belgian Special B

  • 3/4 lbs Corn Sugar

    Corn Sugar
