  • 6 lbs Midwest Wheat Malt

    Light flavor and creamy head. For American weizenbier, weissbier and dunkelweiss.

  • .5 lbs American Caramel 60°L

    American Caramel 60°L

    Mild caramel,nutty flavor, sweet. adds color

  • .5 lbs Munich Malt

    Munich Malt

    Sweet, toasted flavor and aroma. For Oktoberfests and malty styles

  • 1 oz Cascade - 5.5 AA% pellets; boiled 45 min

    Spicy with citrus notes. Slightly grapefruity.

  • 1 oz Czech Saaz - 4.5 AA% pellets; boiled 10 min

    Very mild. 'Noble'.

  • Wyeast 3766 Cider

    Wyeast 3766 Cider

    Crisp dry fermenting yeast with big, fruity finish. Creates a nice balance for all types of apples, pears and other fruit or fermentables. Allows fruit character to dominate the profile.

Color is darker than expected but should mellow after ferment. Used diff. yeast, on sale, also wanted slight belgian flavor. Will pst back after racking!!!
