Very good, simple recipe for fruit beer. My mother and mother-in-law both loved it - they agreed on something!

Ingredients (Extract, 5 gal)
- 7 lbs
Liquid Wheat Extract

Made with a preponderance of wheat malt (55%) for the production of wheat or Weiss beers. Contains no colored malts or hops.

Dry Extra Light Extract
Dry Extra Light Extract
For making very pale ales and lagers.
- 1 oz
Nugget - 12.5 AA% pellets; boiled 60 min
Nugget
This is very bitter and often used in medium to dark ales and lagers. Aroma is quite heavy and herbal.
- 1 oz
Willamette - 4.4 AA% pellets; boiled 10 min
Willamette
This hop is used for finishing and dry hopping American and British style ales. Aroma is mild and pleasant ans slightly spicy

Wyeast 3766 Cider
Crisp dry fermenting yeast with big, fruity finish. Creates a nice balance for all types of apples, pears and other fruit or fermentables. Allows fruit character to dominate the profile.
Notes
2 weeks in primary fermenter. Fermentation is very vigourous at first. Bottle with 3/4 cup corn sugar for 2 weeks.
