Qts per lb of grain was 1.5 for a total of 16.5qts. Start and ferment at 70f until FG is 1.020 or lower. The PH of my water was 8.34 pale lager type profile. Prime with 3/4cup of honey or corn sugar. Age min. 4 weeks. Serve at 38f in colder weather.
