First taste

This beer is amazing. I tasted a week after bottling and was blown away. By far the best beer I have ever brewed. Well balanced, excellent malt flavours and hop bitterness, flavour and aroma.

Update

Used 0.15lbs black patent and Wyeast 1968. This gave perfect red colour and great flavour. Used Gambrinus ESB and Gambrinus Munich.
