Notes
Positively psychotropic. Friends of mine who won't drink beer will drink this. Brewed in steam fired copper/stainless Kettles @Westcoast U-Brew in vancouver Canada Great staff! Interestingly the brew price comes out just about right in Canadadian dollars. I've used both liquid yeast (london 1968?) and Coopers dry . Good but different either way. The calculations show a relatively low alc content but the beer has a sorta weird kick to it not unlike that poison from south of the Rio Grande. Up sides: never had a hurtin head from this beer. Downsides: may invoke some hearty flatulence the next day. Oh BTW i have tried dry hopping with cascade/szaz- the next batch I'm going for chinook for a more fruity nose I've tried lots of different variations and recipes and this is where I'm stayin for now BTW Great site
