    A brewer can create any beer style with this extract when used as a base in conjunction with colored malts and selected hops. Contains no colored malts or hops.

  • 0.42 oz Challenger - 8.0 AA% pellets; boiled 60 min

    Popular bittering hop used primarily in British ales and lagers. Mild to moderate aroma, but quite spicy.

  • 0.42 oz East Kent Goldings - 5.0 AA% pellets; boiled 15 min

Notes

Use 1/2 Heather tips at beginning of boil. Use 1/2 sweet gale at 45 minutes and 1/2 sweet gale and 1/2 heather at 5 minutes. Strain, cool and pitch yeast. Prime with corn sugar.
