    Wyeast 3638 Bavarian Wheat™

    Top cropping hefeweisen yeast with complex flavor and aroma. Balance of banana and bubble gum esters with lichi and apple/plum esters and cloveness.

Notes

Splash in at 53 c. and adjust PH to 5.5. Mash in for 30 min at 52 c. Saccrification for 60 min at 67 c. Mash out at 75-76 c. for 5-10 min. Pitch at 14 c. and ferment at 19 c. Choose high carbonation
