Stocktoberfest

Oktoberfest/Märzen • Extract • 5 gal

Matt Clancy and Greg St. Louis

This is actually an Oktoberfest!!! We used Maarzen Yeast instead of the yeast listed, and we lagered this beer for 2-3 months at 40 deg F. It came out wonderfully.
