My first attempt at a smoked beer. Someone suggested .25 lb of smoked malt. It doesn't smell/taste too smokey. Perhaps need to increased the amount of smoked malt. Next time I'll also try barley instead of black patent. Ale was kegged and force carbonated. Not too bad, a little too heavy on the peated malt, will back off on that or do more grains to increase maltiness. Bitterness is about right.
