Notes

Named in honor of the world's greatest band. "J.T". Consume large quanities when listening to the "Stormwatch cd". You can add more 2 row to your grist, I put 1 to 1-1/2 pounds more two row in my mash. Do a single infusion mash @ 154 degrees for up to 90 min's. Sparge with 170 degree water (5 gal.) When force carbonating into a keg, add one cup of wildflower honey at that time.
