  • .5 lbs German Wheat Malt Light

    German Wheat Malt Light

    Typical top fermented aroma, produces superb wheat beers.

  • .5 lbs Belgian Caramunich

    Belgian Caramunich

    Caramel, full flavor, copper color. For Belgian ales, German smoked and bocks.

  • 1 lbs American Vienna

    American Vienna

    Increases malty flavor, provides balance. Use in Vienna, Märzen and Oktoberfest.

  • .1 lbs American Black Patent

    American Black Patent

    Provides color and sharp flavor in stouts and porters.

  • 1 oz Saaz - 4.5 AA% whole; boiled 60 min

    Saaz

    Used for finishing pilseners, continental lagers, and wheats. The aroma is spicy and pleasant with fragrant overtones.

  • 1 oz Hallertau - 3.5 AA% whole; boiled 30 min

    Hallertau

    Good for all around bittering and finishing stock ales, Belgian ales, and continental style lagers. Aroma is mild, pleasant and flowery.

  • 1 oz Saaz - 4.5 AA% whole; boiled 15 min

This beer turned out very well, single infusion, batch sparge. Malty and smooth. Not quite as smooth and complex as a Lager, but very tasty and fast to make.
