  • 3 3/16 lbs American 2-row

    American 2-row

    Yields a slightly higher extract than Six Rox brewers Malt. Tends to give a smoother, less grainy flavored beer. Some brewers claim they can detect a significant difference in flavor. Lower protein and will yield a lower color than Six-Row Brewers Malt

  • 1 1/4 lbs Crystal Malt 40°L

    Crystal Malt 40°L

    Sweet, mild caramel flavor and a golden color. Use in light lagers and light ales.

  • 3 7/8 lbs Dry Amber Extract

    Dry Amber Extract

    Cream-colored and full-flavored; will produce amber colored beers such as pale ales, IPAs, and bitters. Made of pale and crystal malts.

  • 5/8 oz Tettnanger - 13.0 AA% whole; boiled 60 min

    Tettnanger

    Mild, slightly spicy. 'Noble'.

  • 1 1/4 oz Tettnanger - 13.0 AA% whole; boiled 15 min

  • 1 1/4 oz Cascade - 5.5 AA% whole; boiled 1 min

    Spicy with citrus notes. Slightly grapefruity.

  • Wyeast 3766 Cider

    Wyeast 3766 Cider

    Crisp dry fermenting yeast with big, fruity finish. Creates a nice balance for all types of apples, pears and other fruit or fermentables. Allows fruit character to dominate the profile.
