Notes

Trying to build a Holsten Maibock profile - lighter colour and smoother hop profile than a dopplebock, but just as big and malty. - will update as the brew goes. I intend to dry-hop with Tettnanger in secondary not boil, and hope the use of noble hops in larger amounts will give the hop presence and balance to the maltiness with a well-integrated smoothness.
