Notes

Used a smack pack of WYEAST 1968 London Special Ale yeast. Made a micro mash of the grains with 1 gallon of water at 155 for 30 minutes. Boiled 5 gallons down to 4 in 60 minutes. I served this beer at my wife's birthday party and it was a huge hit. One of my neighbors thought it was from the local brew pub. A very nutty malty flavor, low bitterness, no aftertaste, and excellent head retention. Try this one and you WILL like it. If you don't have Belgian Special B you could use a 80L Carmel malt.
