  • 5 lbs English 2-row Pils

    English 2-row Pils

    Pilsner base malt.

  • 5 lbs Maris Otter Pale

    Maris Otter Pale

    An English thoroughbred and a favored choice of malt for many brewers. Simpsons' Maris Otter has a rich and nutty flavor and despite its small, berry size has a strong husk. This malt delivers predictable brewhouse performance with modest, yet consistent extracts. Brewers can expect good runoffs with clear wort.

  • 1 lbs British Crystal 55°L

    British Crystal 55°L

    Sweet caramel flavor, adds mouthfeel and head retention. For pale or amber ales.

  • .5 lbs German Vienna

    Increases malty flavor, provides balance. Use in Vienna, Märzen and Oktoberfest.

  • .15 lbs British Black Patent

    Dry, burnt, chalky character. Use in porters, stouts, brown ales and dark lagers.

I found this in Zymurgy it looks good. A red IPA, winter warmer. I will be making it soon. Single infusion, batch sparge.
