This was made with my homegrown hops that were very low alpha. I ended up stripping the vine and tossing every fresh hop in at the end of the boil because it didn't smell hoppy enough. It was higher in alcohol than I expected (with the honey) and the yeast was a bit "bready" for the style. A Hefe yeast would have been better. Single infusion, batch sparge.
