  • 4 lbs English 2-row Pale

    English 2-row Pale

    All English Ales. Workhorse of British Brewing. Infusion Mash.

  • 4 lbs Belgian Pale

    Belgian Pale

    Fully modified and is easily converted.

  • .50 lbs Belgian Cara-Pils

    Belgian Cara-Pils

    Significantly increases foam/head retention and body of the beer.

  • 2 lbs Crystal Malt 40°L

    Crystal Malt 40°L

    Sweet, mild caramel flavor and a golden color. Use in light lagers and light ales.

  • .50 oz Columbus - 15.7 AA% whole; boiled 60 min

    Columbus

    Used mainly for bittering with some flavor qualities as well. Aroma is pleasant.

  • 1.5 oz Cascade - 6.0 AA% whole; boiled 30 min

    Spicy with citrus notes. Slightly grapefruity.
