Notes

Mashed grains at 120 degrees for 30 minutes; 150 degrees for 10 minutes; 160 degrees for 10 minutes and sparged with about 1 gal of apprx. 170 degree water. This was not so much a designed beer as a "clean out the old ingredients" beer. Still, the raw result is intriguing. Can't wait to try it!!!
