A true, top fermenting Weizenbier yeast. Intensely spicy, clovey and phenolic. This yeast is highly attenuative and flocks in large, loose clumps. Use for All Weizen recipes and is particularly good in Wiezenbocks.
Notes
This is a very refreshing summertime brew. The East Kent Goldings brewed at 45 minutes keeps a low bitter profile but those who prefer it should go a full hour. The last 2 minutes of the boil, pour in the Fuggle hops. After 2 minutes, take the wort off the heat and wait an additional 5 minutes while stirring.Very simple and very consistent.Cheers:)
