    English 2-row Pale

All English Ales. Workhorse of British Brewing. Infusion Mash.

  • 3 7/16 lbs Maris Otter Pale

    Maris Otter Pale

An English thoroughbred and a favored choice of malt for many brewers. Simpsons' Maris Otter has a rich and nutty flavor and despite its small, berry size has a strong husk. Crystal Malt 40°L

Sweet, mild caramel flavor and a golden color. Use in light lagers and light ales.

  • 3/8 lbs Honey

    Honey

Imparts sweet and dry taste. For honey and brown ales. Also: specialty ales.

  • 1/2 oz Goldings - 5.0 AA% pellets; boiled 60 min

    Goldings

    Mild. Slightly flowery.

  • 1/4 oz Cascade - 5.5 AA% pellets; boiled 15 min

    Cascade
