I brewed it. The O.G. was way below the prediction. The actual O.G. was 1.048. I used Bierkeller liquid extract.

Very good. It was fermented at a temp that was a little high. Lagering didn't remove all of the esters. So the beer is not quite as clean as I wanted. Still is very drinkable. Next time brew at a lower temp.
