I love this beer. It is so smooth, refreshing, creamy head, Cascades in the nose and the bite, yum. I just made it again, I could keep brewing this and drinking it forever. Single infusion batch sparge.

With this last batch I did a first wort hopping of 1 oz. Cascade then the 60, 30, 10 min. hops.

I just made this beer again last week. Everytime a keg runs dry, I make another. I prefer the normal 60, 30, 10 min. hop additions and 1056 or California Ale yeast.
