Vienna Lager • All Grain • 23 L

Ray Mills

These malts are well modified so a single infusion mash at 66C for 90 min. Ferment at 10C for 7 days take up to 20C for 3 days (rest) then transfer to secondry for 7 days at 10C. Bottle and lager for at least 6 weeks. Enjoy!
