  • 11 3/4 lbs Belgian Pils

    Belgian Pils

    Pilsner style malted barley grain.

  • 7/16 lbs Belgian Wheat Malt

    Belgian Wheat Malt

    Malted wheat for use in Wheat beers.

  • 3/8 lbs Belgian Munich

    Belgian Munich

    Used to increase malt aroma and body with slightly more color.

  • 1/4 lbs Belgian Biscuit

    Belgian Biscuit

    Warm baked biscuit flavor and aroma. Increases body. Use in Belgian beers.

  • 3/16 lbs Belgian Caramunich

    Belgian Caramunich

    Caramel, full flavor, copper color. For Belgian ales, German smoked and bocks.

  • 1 1/8 lbs Candi Sugar Amber

    Candi Sugar Amber

    Smooth taste, good head retention, sweet aroma and high gravity without being apparent. Use in Belgian and holiday ales. Use clear for tripels, amber for dubbels, and dark is used in brown beer and strong golden ales.

  • 1 oz Perle - 8.2 AA% whole; boiled 60 min

    Used mainly for its minty bittering and good green hop aromas in all non-pilsener lagersand wheats. Aroma is pleasant and slightly spicy

  • 1/4 oz Saaz - 5.0 AA% whole; boiled 15 min

    Used for finishing pilseners, continental lagers, and wheats. The aroma is spicy and pleasant with fragrant overtones.

  • 1/8 oz Hallertauer Mittelfrüher - 4.5 AA% whole; boiled 1 min

    Fine, 'Noble'.

  • 1/8 oz Tettnanger - 4.5 AA% whole; boiled 1 min

    Tettnanger

    Mild, slightly spicy. 'Noble'.
