    Significantly increases foam/head retention and body of the beer.

    Sweet caramel flavor, deep golden to red color. For dark amber and brown ales.

This beer won the Gold Medal at the 2002 Overthrust Beer festival. It is one of the best beers that I have ever made. Single infusion, batch sparge.
