Tiernans Trophy Pale

Tiernans Trophy Pale

Extra Special/Strong Bitter (English Pale Ale) • All Grain • 42 L

Gavin Tiernan

The 1 minute hop quota is actually a post boil steep for an hour to give the brew a good strong hop aroma. Not shy on flavour or aroma, if youve tried Timothy Taylors landlord pale then you know what to expect. Brewed with state comp in mind later this year, so will add a note to give its placing later, Cheers to all, Gavin
