Paleface

Extra Special/Strong Bitter (English Pale Ale) • Extract • 5 gal

Tony Hillerson

The day before the brew, make a small starter culture of 1 pint water and 1.25 cup DME. Use distilled water and add two teaspoons of gypsum at the beginning of the boil. This should be a nice brew, I made it today, so I'll say how it turns out in about a month.
