  • 7 lbs Belgian Pils

    Pilsner style malted barley grain.

  • 1.5 lbs Dextrine Malt

    Dextrine Malt

    In light-colored beers to give additional body. Adds richness without color.

  • .5 lbs Belgian Munich

    Belgian Munich

    Used to increase malt aroma and body with slightly more color.

  • .5 lbs Crystal Malt 120°L

    Crystal Malt 120°L

    Pronounced caramel flavor and a red color. For stouts, porters and black beers.

  • 1 oz East Kent Goldings - 5.0 AA% whole; boiled 60 min

    East Kent Goldings

    Mild, slightly flowery.

  • 1/4 oz Saaz - 5.0 AA% whole; boiled 2 min

    Saaz

    Used for finishing pilseners, continental lagers, and wheats. The aroma is spicy and pleasant with fragrant overtones.
