  • .5 lbs Crystal Malt 60°L

    Imparts sweet and dry taste. For honey and brown ales. Also: specialty ales.

  • 1 1/4 oz Cascade - 5.5 AA% pellets; boiled 60 min

    Spicy with citrus notes. Slightly grapefruity.

  • 1 1/4 oz Cascade - 5.5 AA% pellets; boiled 15 min

This was a kind of hodge podge of leftovers that was loosley based on the Rocky Racoon Crystal Honey lager in Papazians book.
