Notes

Brewed 4/19/02 as a Spanish Peaks "Black Dog Ale" clone. Turned into an exceptional ESB instead. Bottled 5/10/02. Nice ESB after 3 weeks conditioning. May still balance out and mellow some more. Good beer.
