  • 1 oz Saaz - 5.0 AA% pellets; boiled 30 min

Used for finishing pilseners, continental lagers, and wheats. The aroma is spicy and pleasant with fragrant overtones.

  • Wyeast 3766 Cider

In later versions Munich malt was changed to one pound of Munich 20L for better color. This recipe has been done with two row as well as Pilsner malt with excellent results. Also played with 1.5oz of Mt hood in place of two ounces for those desiring a little lighter on the hops.
