Ingredients (Partial Mash5 gal)

  • 5 lbs German Wheat Malt Light

    German Wheat Malt Light

    Typical top fermented aroma, produces superb wheat beers.

  • 4 lbs Liquid Wheat Extract

    Liquid Wheat Extract

    Made with a preponderance of wheat malt (55%) for the production of wheat or Weiss beers. Contains no colored malts or hops.

  • 2 lbs Candi Sugar Clear

    Candi Sugar Clear

    Smooth taste, good head retention, sweet aroma and high gravity without being apparent. Use in Belgian and holiday ales. Use clear for tripels, amber for dubbels, and dark is used in brown beer and strong golden ales.

  • 1 lbs Honey

    Honey

    Imparts sweet and dry taste. For honey and brown ales. Also: specialty ales.

  • 1 oz Crystal - 3.2 AA% pellets; boiled 30 min

    Crystal

    Mild. 'Noble'. Used mainly for its aroma which is mild and pleasant.

  • 1/2 oz Fuggle - 4.8 AA% pellets; boiled 30 min

    Fuggle

    Mild. Mainly used for finishing and dry hopping especially pale ales, porters, and stouts. Aroma is mild and pleasant, spicy, and soft.

  • 1 oz Hallertau - 4.5 AA% pellets; boiled 2 min

    Hallertau

    Good for all around bittering and finishing stock ales, Belgian ales, and continental style lagers. Aroma is mild, pleasant and flowery.

  • 1 tbsp ground cloves - (omitted from calculations)

Well this worked out for me well I changed the Hops to all magnums and WOW its great as this was going to be a sweet beer with all the sugar I added the magnums and well give it a try!!! Hopuser
