Notes
Mash 6.5 gal 155F water Sparge 9 gal 175-180 Water First Wort Hop. Boil for 60-70 Min, adding hops as scheduled and Irish Moss at 15 till. -Thanks again to Pat for the homegrown, fresh Chinook Hops. -Note on Pats Chinook Hops: these were a bit wet from freezer condensation, -I actually added 2 ounces, to offset (roughly) for the additional moisture. -The 9 percent rating is a guess according to what we locally see in Seattle... Drink up and smile, dammit!
