The Evil Reverend's Lager

The Evil Reverend's Lager

Lite American Lager • All Grain • 5 gal

Eric Hughes

My first all-grain batch. I brewed it for all my 'lite' beer drinking friends. Mashed grains at 155F for 90 min. Primary: 2 weeks at 56F, secondary: 3 weeks at 56F, Lagered in keg at 34F for 4 weeks. A little hoppy, for the style, finished more like a pilz, but tasty!!
