  • 3 1/4 lbs American 6-row Pale

    American 6-row Pale

    Tends to increase lautering efficiency due to a stiffer husk. May be used as the base malt for any beer style. The enzymes in all varieties of the current crop are sufficient to support high percentages of specialty malts and adjuncts.

  • 3 1/4 lbs American 2-row

    American 2-row

    Yields a slightly higher extract than Six Rox brewers Malt. Tends to give a smoother, less grainy flavored beer. Some brewers claim they can detect a significant difference in flavor. Lower protein and will yield a lower color than Six-Row Brewers Malt

  • 7/16 lbs White Wheat Malt

    White Wheat Malt

    Weizens. Improves head retention in all beers. Contributes spicy flavor. Protein rest required.

  • 1 1/8 lbs Crystal Malt 60°L

    Crystal Malt 60°L

    Sweet caramel flavor, deep golden to red color. For dark amber and brown ales.

  • 7/16 lbs German Wheat Malt Light

    German Wheat Malt Light

    Typical top fermented aroma, produces superb wheat beers.

  • 15/16 lbs Light Brown Sugar

    Light Brown Sugar

    Imparts rich, sweet flavor. Use in Scottish ales, old ales and holiday beers.

  • 7/16 lbs Rice Syrup

    Rice Syrup

    Used like other rice adjuncts in American and Japenes lagers to provide a dry, clean taste and light body. Adds gravity without changing body or flavor substantially. Use in place of corn sugar in small quantities.

  • 1 1/2 oz Willamette - 5.2 AA% whole; boiled 60 min

    This hop is used for finishing and dry hopping American and British style ales. Aroma is mild and pleasant ans slightly spicy

  • 1 1/2 oz East Kent Goldings - 5.9 AA% pellets; boiled 15 min

    Mild, slightly flowery.

  • 1 1/2 oz Fuggle - 4.9 AA% whole; boiled 1 min

    Fuggle

    Mild. Mainly used for finishing and dry hopping especially pale ales, porters, and stouts. Aroma is mild and pleasant, spicy, and soft.
