Notes
--------------------------- MASH/SPARGE: --------------------------- Mash for 50 minutes at 154F, 1 quart water per pound of grain. Sparge at 168F and collect 6.5 gallons of wort. Boil: 60 minutes and follow hops schedule. Yeilds 5 gallons. --------------------------- FERMENT: --------------------------- Primary for one week. Secondary for 2 weeks. --------------------------- RACK: --------------------------- Rack and age in corny keg for one week. Place in 45 deg fridge for 1 week on CO2 at 12 psi. Drop CO2 to 5 psi and its ready to drink in 5 weeks.

How close would you say this comes to Fat Tyre? I've been searching for a good clone.

mine was the same except for the Crystal. I used 1/4 pound of 20 L. Turned out so good I will be brewing again in two weeks. Never had the real stuff but had heard so many brag about it, I made it. The taste testers said it just like the original.
