Crisp dry fermenting yeast with big, fruity finish. Creates a nice balance for all types of apples, pears and other fruit or fermentables. Allows fruit character to dominate the profile.
Notes
cut up lemons and put in fermenter with water and yeast. boil 2 gallons water w/sugar and dme add to fermenter and bring level up to 5 gallons w/ cold water
