Notes

Splash in at 53 c. and adjust PH to 5.5. Mash in for 30 min at 52 c. Saccrification for 60 min at 68 c. Mash out at 75-76 c. for 5-10 min. Pitch at 14 c. and ferment at 19 c. Choose high carbonation
