Slight diacetyl, complex, woody, bold.
Notes
Steep grains until wort begins to boil. Remove grains. Add malt extracts, honey and Cascade hops. Boil for 60 minutes. Add Hallertauer hops and Irish Moss in last 5 minutes of boil. Cool wort, and pitch yeast. Primary for 7 to 10 days at 50 to 55 degrees. Secondary for 3 to 4 weeks at 40 to 45 degrees. Age in bottle 2 to 3 weeks.
