as it turns out, I didnt add as much water as I needed, so thusly only ended up with 2.5 gallons, which shoots the ABV right up there. I was going to call this "moving beer", because it will be ready just in time for my move, and I plan on putting 6L of it into a tap-a-draft container and use it to refresh all those people who are brave enough to help me with my moving day.
