Austin Pale Ale

Austin Pale Ale

American Pale Ale • Partial Mash • 5 gal

Marc C. Martin

Recipe is designed for hop heads who love the profile of Cascade hops. While the details don't show it this beer is also dry hopped with 1/2 oz. of Cascade whole leaf hops in a 5 gal. corny keg for 2 weeks while conditioning. This beer is best served between 3 and 6 weeks to get the full hop rush.
