Notes

If you like German beers this one's for you. Goes great with anyfood. Can be made an Alt by using a German ale yeast. This is the "working" man's beer. Never heavy never bold, just good quaffing brew. Goes great served cold on hot summer afternoons. The original recipe for this one calls for it to be an Alt Bier "Hellalt". Single infussion mash at 152-154F for 90 min. I fell in love with this beer and make it twice a year. It is a good representation of what you would be served in the beer halls of Germany. Enjoy it, you will not be disappointed. All specifications are to 100% of target.

This ended up turning out great. This is the first beer my buddies reach for when as what do you guys want to drink. I highly recommend this recipe. You can suck these babies down one right after another with no big head. Good Brew ...
