  • 1.65 lbs American Munich

    American Munich

    Munich Dunkels. Adds color/nutty flavor. Sometimes called Aromatic.

  • .66 lbs American Chocolate Malt

    American Chocolate Malt

    Use in all types to adjust color and add nutty, toasted flavor. Chocolate flavor.

  • 1.1 lbs English Wheat Malt

    English Wheat Malt

    Light flavor, creamy head. For wheat beers, stouts, doppelbocks and alt beers.

  • .22 lbs Roasted Barley

    Roasted Barley

    Sweet, grainy, coffee flavor and a red to deep brown color. For porters and stouts.

  • 10.8 lbs Liquid Amber Extract

Notes

Mash at 155F for 25mins, bring up to 168 to mash out. Hot Break for 15mins. Add boiling hop for 30min--last 10 mins add irish moss. Pitch yeast at 70F.
