O'Briens Irish Red Ale

O'Briens Irish Red Ale

Extra Special/Strong Bitter (English Pale Ale) • All Grain • 5 gal

Bill Wible - Philadelphia, PA.

This is an Irish Ale recipe I came up with for my brother-in-law. Since there's no category for Irish Ale, I put it under English Pale Ale.

White Labs WLP008 East Coast Ale
