Brew Day!
2002-03-26 12:31pm
Brewed Al'smodeus Belgian Golden Ale on Friday, March 22. Mash came out right on the numbers, with an OG after the boil of 1094. I skipped the hop bag and threw hops directly in the kettle, counting on a strong whirlpool to rack it, and it worked great. It's bubbling FAST and furious.
Racked to Secondary 3/4/2002

I couldn't keep my house at 77 F, so I ended up wrapping this with a heating pad in the primary to get the temp up. It was VERY cloudy and VERY hot-alcohol smelling when I racked to secondary. It's sitting at 65 F. now.
