Azorean Brewer

Final results

After secondary and going back through my recipe, I substitued 1 oz. of Chocolate malt for the Cara-pils. I found that it gave me a more rounded mouth feel. I have tried this recipe both ways and like this one better, but if you are trying it with cara-pils you will not be disappointed.

OK, I have finally nailed it down to where I want it. This recipe is AWESOME ... what a great and simple brew to make with BIG BOLD results. If you want to make an impressive I.P.A. have at it ... I know the IBU's are over the top but if you really love good IPA's you'll love this one ...
